Ground Control
Privacy Policy
Effective August 31, 2026.
Who we are
Ground Control is a commercial real estate and facilities product. This policy describes information processed when you use the Ground Control web app, including when an organization connects third-party services such as Slack or Jira (Atlassian).
Information we process
- Account data: name, work email, organization membership, and sign-in identifiers from Google or Microsoft SSO.
- Organization content: properties, blueprints, requests, documents, and other data you or your colleagues create in Ground Control.
- Connected integrations: if an admin connects an external service such as Slack or Jira, we store OAuth tokens and related workspace or site identifiers, and we may read and write data those integrations are authorized for.
- Usage: we may use analytics and operational logs to run and improve the product.
How we use it
We use this information to provide Ground Control to your organization, authenticate users, honor integration connections you enable, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers that host the app (for example our database and auth vendor) and with third-party products you connect (Slack, Atlassian/Jira) so those connections can work. Organization admins control who is in the org and which integrations are connected.
Retention
We keep account and organization data while the organization uses Ground Control. Integration tokens are stored until an admin disconnects the integration or the connection is revoked.
Your choices
You can ask an organization admin to update or remove your roster profile. Admins can disconnect Slack or Jira from Organization settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your Ground Control organization administrator.
